Your first weeks
- Weeks one and two. We read the code, sit in on the team's routines and review recent changes. You get a short written read of the codebase and process, with the top risks, and the first fix goes live.
- The next few weeks. Review rules and a release rhythm are put in place, and the first architecture decisions are written down.
- After that. Releases run on a fixed rhythm. We review, decide and unblock, with a weekly check-in.
How we work with your developers
Your developers keep working for you. We set the technical rules and review against them, and we stay out of employment matters. We use your tracker and routines, and if you have none, we set up a simple board in your name.
Who it is not for
We do not supply developers. If you need people to write code, or your team already has a strong technical lead, this is the wrong plan. If you need someone to make the calls and also build, look at Technical Partner or Full Partnership.

Good ones usually welcome clear rules. Review comments explain the reason, so people learn the standard rather than just being corrected.
Do you work with outsourced teams in other countries?
Yes. Everything runs in writing in one shared channel, so location does not change how the work goes.
What happens when we hire a technical lead?
We hand over to them, with the decisions and standards written down.
