The problem
You are paying for software you cannot inspect. The demos look fine, but deadlines move, bugs come back, and when you ask why, the answer is technical. You may be fine, or you may be paying for something that will need rebuilding. Without someone technical on your side, you have no way to tell.

Why our read is independent
We do not supply developers, so we have nothing to gain by telling you to replace yours. We start from what exists, and a rewrite needs a written reason.
Getting ownership back
If your code, cloud or domains sit in someone else's account, we help you move them under your organisation, with you as owner, so you can take over or change supplier at any time.

Can you audit my developers' code?
Yes. The first two weeks of Managed Developers produce a written read of the code and process with the top risks. The plan starts at $2.5K a month, and you can stop at the end of any month.
Do I need to tell my developers?
Yes. We need access to the code, and the work goes better when they know we are there to help the product succeed.
What if the code is bad?
We tell you plainly and rank what to fix first. A rewrite needs a written reason, and most problems can be fixed in stages.
Can you build it instead?
Yes, if that turns out to be the right answer, through Product Build or Full Partnership.
