Who does the work
The people on the intro call are the people who write the code, and they are the same people writing it in month six. Nothing is subcontracted, and there are no account managers. Our background is one of the biggest trading platforms in fintech, where an outage is a regulatory event, so release pipelines, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure are held to that standard.
When it is the wrong fit
If you already have a technical leader, Managed Developers or Technical Partner will suit you better. If your team has grown enough to fill a full-time CTO's week, we will say so and help you hire that person.

How much does an outsourced engineering team cost?
Whisia's Full Partnership plan starts at $7K a month. The price rises with a second workstream running at the same time, or a larger product. You get it in writing within 48 hours of the first call.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Repositories, cloud accounts and domains are created under your organisation with you as owner, and we work inside them.
Do you work with established businesses or only startups?
Both. The model is the same whether you raised a round last month or have been trading for twenty years.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Retainers run month to month. Stop at the end of any month and keep every repository, account and document, with a written handover.
