AI agent development, built around how you work.
Whisia is an AI agent development company. We build custom agents that take on one workflow at a time, such as research, operations, customer support or data processing, inside the tools you already use and on your own accounts. A person approves every action that changes something until you choose to relax that. Each workflow costs $3–6K to build, plus $500 a month for care.

What an agent does
An AI agent reads information, decides what the next step is and takes that step in your systems. It can work through the reading, the chasing and the copying between systems that eat someone's week.
It works where your team already does: your inbox, CRM, spreadsheets and helpdesk, and Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat.
How we keep it under control
- A person approves changes. The agent drafts and proposes. Anything that changes something waits for approval in your chat thread, until you relax that in writing.
- Actions are limited to a list. The agent can do only what the workflow allows.
- You agree a "never do" list. It is written down before anything is built.
- Everything is logged. You get a record of every action, and a monthly report of runs, approvals, declines and model cost.
- It runs on your accounts. Your cloud, your chat app, your model account and a spend limit you set.
How a workflow gets built
- Map. You describe the workflow, the systems, who approves, and what must never happen.
- Watch. We watch the task done once on a screen share, because the real steps rarely match the description.
- Design. One page: what triggers it, what it reads, what it writes, where approval happens and how success is measured.
- Build. The workflow is tested against real data and shown working in your channel.
- Pilot for two weeks. It runs live, with every action needing approval. We review the log together.
- Go live. Approvals relax only where the pilot showed it is safe, in writing, one type of action at a time.
What agents fit, and what they do not
Good fits are repeated tasks done every day or week, in systems that can be reached, where "done well" can be described.
Poor fits are one-off tasks and systems with no way in. Decisions about people, such as hiring, firing, credit or medical matters, stay with a human, and we will say so up front.
Questions
How much does an AI agent cost to build?
Each workflow costs $3–6K to build, plus $500 a month for care, and you get the exact price in writing within 48 hours of the call. Model usage is paid directly by you to the model provider, so you can see exactly what it costs.
Will an agent act without anyone checking?
Not unless you decide it should. During the pilot every action needs approval, and approvals relax only in writing, one type of action at a time.
Which tools can it work with?
Email, CRM, spreadsheets, helpdesks, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat, along with most systems that have an API. Where a simpler automation does the job better, we will recommend that.
Who owns the agent?
You do. It runs in your accounts, and we keep nothing you cannot take over.
Tell us about the workflow that eats your week. In 48 hours you will have the scope and the price in writing.
