Web application development, at a fixed price.
Whisia is a web application development company. We build customer portals, internal tools, SaaS products and integrations at a price fixed before work starts, launch them on your own accounts, and fix anything that does not match the scope for ninety days after go-live. Work is quoted per project, with no retainer attached.

What we build
| Type | A typical reason to build one |
|---|---|
| Customer portal | Customers email or call for things they could see or do themselves. |
| Internal tool | A process lives in a spreadsheet, or works only because one person remembers how it goes. |
| SaaS product | The idea is proven and the first full version needs building properly. |
| Integration | Two systems do not talk, so someone copies data between them by hand. |
| Rebuild | The current application fails often or nobody can safely change it. |
The stack
We work mostly in Node.js, Python, Go and React, on PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS or Google Cloud with Docker and Kubernetes where the job needs them. We also work with PHP, Vue, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis, and we choose per project. We pick what your team or your next hire can maintain, and tell you plainly if your problem needs something else.
What to ask any web development company
- Is the price fixed? It should come after a written scope and stay put unless you change that scope.
- Who owns the code and hosting? Ours lives in your repositories and on your cloud account from the first commit.
- Who builds it? With us, the people on the intro call. Nothing is subcontracted.
- What happens after launch? We include ninety days of fixes, then you are free to walk away with everything.
- Could someone else take it over? You get a handover document a new developer could start from.
How the work runs
You describe what the application has to do on a 20-minute call. Within 48 hours you have a written scope and one fixed price. We agree the screens and data model before the code is written, show you working software every week, and launch on your domain with monitoring in place from the first day. The full process and what decides the cost are on the custom software development page.
Questions
How much does a web application cost?
It depends on the integrations, the existing data, the kinds of user, compliance and how much uptime the application needs. We name each of these in a written scope and give you one fixed price within 48 hours of the call. If you only need to test an idea, MVP Launch is $12–20K.
Can you take over an application someone else built?
Yes. We start from what exists rather than asking you to start again, and a rewrite needs a written reason.
Do you need a retainer afterwards?
No. Once the ninety days of fixes end, you can stop or move to a monthly plan. It is your choice.
Can you connect it to the tools we already use?
Yes. Integrations with payments, CRM, accounting systems and other APIs are common. Each one is listed in the scope, because each adds work and its own failure cases.
Tell us what the application has to do. In 48 hours you will have the scope and the price in writing.
